升级apache版本至2.4.46，项目报错：

.htaccess: Invalid command 'Order', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

以前遇到过升级apache版本配置文件不兼容的问题，这次是重写规则了。

处理方式：

打开httpd.conf搜索支持原来的配置，去掉注释，第二个默认是打开的：

LoadModule access_compat_module modules/mod_access_compat.so

LoadModule authz_host_module modules/mod_authz_host.so
